This house is about 2 miles south of downtown Prescott with a fabulous panoramic view looking down the mountain towards town (and pan west up the mountain including Thumb Butte and Granite Mtn. , almost all an expansive forest). The other good news is that it was listed by another agent about 9 months ago for 649K (I thought this was like 100 grand too greedy). The bad news is-
The garage is small, like barely 2 cars wide and not deep either.
Master bedroom is a little small for such a big house, fabulous mstr bath and deck.
Wood power pole is visible looking left from the kitchen. Not a huge deal, you have to walk up to the window to see it from inside.
Good news-
The view is panoramic and stunning
Artsy design, very interesting.
.43 acres nicely landscaped in front, natural in back. Lots of trees
Decks- 1 off the Master and a huge sprawling deck in front of the fishbowl kitchen/dining.
Quiet- near the top of a mountain on a private drive, 2nd house from the end
Big laundry room
Very nice wood and windows throughout
I think this house is now priced so that it will be snapped up by an investor pretty quickly. This is NOT my listing, I got the word from the agent down the hall.
